How much does an Airbnb turnover clean cost in Marbella in 2026?

How do I book an Airbnb turnover?

Open the booking form at themalaganest.com/book, choose Airbnb turnover and add the bedrooms, bathrooms, area and first date. The flat price shows as you go, then you send the request by email or WhatsApp. The coordinator confirms in writing within 24 hours. Do you handle same-day turnovers?

Yes. Same-day check-out to check-in turnovers are our standard. Send us your calendar and we work backwards from the next arrival, not from the check-out time.

Do you change linens and towels?

Yes. We strip the beds and remake them with your own linens, and swap the towels from your own stock, as part of the turnover fee. We do not supply or launder linen sets, so keep at least two full sets per bed in the property.

Do you send photos after the turnover?

Every turnover ends with a full photo set into your host WhatsApp group before the next guest arrives. Damage and missing items are photographed and logged separately.

Which short-term rental platforms do you work with?

Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Homeaway and direct short-let owners. If you use a channel manager we can be added to the cleaning calendar via .ics link.

Do you restock consumables?

Yes, from your own supplies. Toilet roll, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, sponges and shower gel are checked against your welcome-pack checklist and topped up from your stock, and we tell you on WhatsApp when something is running low.

What if a guest damages something?

Photographed, logged in your WhatsApp group with the timestamp, and we hold the item for pickup. You decide whether to file the AirCover claim. We do not throw damaged items away.

Can I request a specific cleaner?

Yes. That is the default. Same person on your turnovers unless we tell you first. For high-volume hosts we assign a two-person team so cover is never a surprise.

Do you work with international owners?

Yes. WhatsApp in English, Spanish and Dutch, and invoices in the language you keep your books in. Bizum or bank transfer, no card on file.

What is the cancellation policy?

One WhatsApp message, no penalty, no form. Twenty-four hours notice where possible. If a guest cancels last minute and the turnover is not needed, we do not charge you.
