3. Prep the Content
We coordinate photo/video shoots, write listings in English, Dutch, and Spanish, and plan your Instagram rollout. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like.

4. Go Live
Your property is launched across channels: Instagram, private buyer list, and (if applicable) external platforms. We monitor engagement and track interest.

5. We Handle Buyer Interest
We pre-qualify leads, connect with agents if needed, and support both sides throughout the process, until the deal closes or you decide to pause.

Once the deal is closed, we help tie up loose ends, confirming transfer details, updating listing status, and wrapping up comms with all parties.
You’ll also receive a final report with insights on what worked and who showed interest, in case you plan to sell again.
